Hi everyone, Jamie here, and I’m totally ready to let y’all in on my lifestyle hacks. Why? You may ask, because I know I am not the only person out there struggling to find “the answers”. I wake up everyday and wonder if what I am doing is good enough. If I should eat “you name it” or if I should feel guilty for indulging in cookies. (My favorite food!) If you found yourself here, maybe you are one of those people, like me, that ask your self similar questions. Being a mom of two, and a wife, I truly have struggled to find balance. Especially in a hectic world where everything is “go-go-go”. Now, I’m not saying I have the keys and answers to everything, but I know that I can help everyone on this site, weather you’re; a female, a male, 15 years of age or 80. Weather you’re straight, bi-sexual, transgender, incarcerated, have an amazing job, or using government assistance, living wealthy, or living pay check to paycheck. Weather you’re religious, or not, or just an average Joe trying to get by. (Bonus help from my husband, Jon, who spends days traveling (driving or flying) a week). We have recipes, references, training videos, food blogs, tips and helpful insights on what can work for YOU.
